John W. Stoneback
President/Owner


John began J&M Machine, Inc. over thirty years ago with his grandfather. John has been n the metal turning business since he graduated high school when he served apprenticeship with Case Manufacturing Company and Steel Improvement and Forge company (SIFCO). He has consistently had the foresight to predict the direction of this type of manufacturing business. Through advanced technology, equipment, training and people, he continues to strive to make J&M the leader in the industry by producing the highest quality parts in the most economical and efficient way. With his expertise in computers and their applications, and his ability to logically path the manufacturing process environment, John is currently developing software to manage and streamline the entire manufacturing business.

Dick is the newest member of the J&M management team. He came on board in September 2000. His extensive background includes manufacturing and industrial engineering. He is a welcomed addition to the J&M management team!


H. Michael Griffith (Mike)
Manufacturing Engineer


Mike has been with J&M Machine, Inc. since May of 1993 in the capacity of Manufacturing Engineer. He brings to us his five-year part-programming experience as both I.E. Programmer for Copes Vulcan and Supervisor/Programmer for Emco Wheaton. In addition, he has 15 years CNC Setup/Operator leadman experience from Emco Wheaton and extensive training in management and technical development from Kent State University, as well as company-sponsored technical training. Mike is accomplished in the development of various programs to streamline set-up, run and tooling efficiency. He is also our resident computer troubleshooter and primary instructor in our on-site quality, Mazak machine, and safety training programs.
